our cooking is a fusion of French gastronomical refinement with creole fresh products, like deep sea fishes –directly delivered by our fisherman- or tropical fruits and vegetables. A very personal touch is added by some Italian desserts and the aromatic herbs that Joëlle grows in her kitchen-garden.
